Q1: How do I contact someone from Beatchapter?

Q2: How do I pay?
A: You have several payment options.
You can pay instantly via Clear Accept, PayPal or Stripe using our shopping cart.

It is very risky sending cash therefore not recommended. If selling to us we can pay you via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
Q3: Can you post to a friend or family members address?
A: We are only covered by PayPal protection when we dispatch to the delivery address specified on the PayPal payment. If you have moved home since you opened your PayPal account please make sure that your current PayPal delivery address is up-to-date. Requesting your purchase to be sent to a friend, relative, work address etc will void PayPal seller protection policy for both parties. If you forget to add the alternative delivery address during the payment process your order may be cancelled and payment refunded.
Q4: How much is overseas shipping & do you offer discounts for multiple items?
A: Overseas postage costs are calculated when you add products to the shopping cart and select your country from the drop down menu. Shipping prices are as charged by Royal Mail or DHL.
We do not charge extra for standard overseas packaging but bare in mind some large newspaper format magazines do not fit in a large letter envelope unless folded so let us know if you want any of the following magazines sent unfolded. Q5: When will I receive my purchase?
A: We normally dispatch orders within 1-5 days via Royal Mail or courier. Approximate working day delivery times are UK 1-3 days; Europe 5-9 days; USA/Japan 7-14 days; Australia/NZ 7-18 days. You will receive a tracking number on dispatch but please note Royal Mail tracking numbers are nothing more than confirmation of dispatch and delivery. Royal Mail tracking do not provide live tracking updates.

Q7: What do you sell?
A: We buy and sell many types of vintage magazines. Especially 1960s 70s and 80s music magazines, Sunday supplement magazines, underground press, music press articles, clippings/cuttings, music press adverts, concert memorabilia & posters etc. We have thousands of items in our collection waiting to be listed so what you see on this site is only 20% of our stock.
Q8: Why do some of your some products appear twice?
A: Each magazine is unique due to it's condition therefore prices will vary. In most cases the image of the item you see is the actual item you will receive. 90% of our stock is in very good to excellent condition but if the magazine shows wear and tear on the spine or cover it will be visible or described in the description. All vintage magazines are fully legible unless stated.
Q9: Do you give discounts if I buy more than one item?
A: Yes...We are always very happy to negotiate a fair discount for multiple purchases of our vintage magazines, press cuttings, articles and posters.
