COVID19 and delivery update. Please understand that there are delays with many postal and courier services due to covid restrictions etc. This is way beyond our control. You will be provided with a tracking number. But please be aware that Royal Mail tracking numbers for any service are nothing more than confirmation of dispatch and delivery. They do not provide step by step updates. We are currently using Hermes delivery for some orders. Let us know if you prefer us not to use Hermes.

We normally dispatch orders within 2 - 5 days. Approximate delivery times pre-pandemic were UK 1-2 working days; Europe 3-4 working days; USA 5-7 working days; Australia/Japan 7-9 working days.

Since the pandemic you should expect some delay. We can not help with delayed mail as Royal Mail only provide us with a tracking number which you will be sent on the day of dispatch.

"Your item has been posted at a Post Office. As you've used our Royal Mail Signed For service, the next update you'll see is after we've attempted to deliver to the recipient"

"We're working hard to meet our usual delivery aims. If we can’t – because of the continued effects of Coronavirus on our people and ways of working – we’ll deliver as soon as possible. For UK items a further update will be provided when it reaches your local delivery office. For awareness, we’re delivering parcels up until 9.00pm and you may get two deliveries in one day. Sorry for any inconvenience" 

All magazines are carefully packed in high quality rigid all cardboard mailers. We never use board backed paper envelopes.

Magazines are placed into cellophane bags and then secured inside the mailer to keep it free from corners where damage can occur.

We always combine postage cost to actual cost and there are no hidden charges for packaging etc. Please do not ask for other postal requirements after you have committed to a purchase.
