Delivery Information

You will be provided with a tracking number when your purchase has been dispatched but please consider that delays with postal and courier services are beyond our control. Royal Mail tracking numbers for any service are nothing more than confirmation of dispatch and delivery. They do not always provide step by step updates. Occasionally we may use a courier.

We normally dispatch orders within 1-5 days via Royal Mail or courier. Approximate working day delivery times are UK 2-4 days; Europe 5-9 days; USA/Japan 7-14 days; Australia/NZ 8-20 days. You will receive a tracking number on dispatch but please note Royal Mail tracking numbers are nothing more than confirmation of dispatch and delivery. Royal Mail tracking do not provide live tracking updates. Please note if you live outside UK you may be asked to pay a customs fee which is beyond our control.

We can not help with delayed mail as the delivery companies will only provide us with a tracking number which we will forward to you by email on the day of dispatch. We can only request Royal Mail investigate a lost parcel after 21 working days have elapsed. We will refund when Royal Mail or Courier declares a parcel lost.

All magazines are carefully packed in high quality rigid all cardboard mailers. We never use board backed paper envelopes.

We always combine postage cost to actual cost whenever possible and there are no hidden charges for packaging etc. Please do not ask for other postal requirements after you have committed to a purchase unless you want to change the service or have a special requirement.

Overseas buyers should be aware that your country may charge you taxes/customs charges which is beyond our control. Failure to pay any charges will result in a return of goods in which case we will refund for your purchase when it arrives but we are not liable to refund the postage cost.
