Also known as “the other newspaper” Ink magazine was founded by Mr Richard Neville in May 1971. Neville's view was that the underground press of the time were no longer catering the need for alternative attitudes. INK first launched as a weekly publication in May 1971 and changed to fortnightly in August 1971. Ink was run by Richard Neville, Andrew Fisher, Ed Victor and Felix Dennis but due to it's close association with Oz magazine and the Oz trials it eventually folded in February of 1972 after 29 issues.
