Ink Magazine The Other Newspaper No. 15, 7 August 1971 with Ralph Steadman
INK Underground Newspaper No 15, 7 August 1971 with a great Ralph Steadman cover.

INK was also known as (the other newspaper) it was founded by Richard Neville, co-founder of OZ magazine in May 1971. It was Neville's view that the existing underground press of the time were no longer catering the need for an alternative attitude. INK launched as a weekly publication in May 71 and changed to a fortnightly in August. Ink was driven by Richard Neville, Andrew Fisher, Ed Victor and Felix Dennis but due to it's close association with Oz magazine and the Oz trials it folded in February 1972.

All issues were originally folded by newsagents. Excellent - very nice condition. The magazine is 46 years old and has been stored out of sunlight.

All items are professionally packed in high quality rigid all cardboard mailers. We do not use board backed paper envelopes. Magazines are placed in cellophane bags and then taped inside the mailer to keep it free from corners where damage can occur.
