Let it Rock Magazine vintage back issue was a monthly British music publication featuring lengthy critical articles, record reviews, and many features covering a wide spectrum of popular music, including rock, soul, reggae, folk and blues. It ran from October 1972 to December 1975, in all 35 issues of the magazine were published in London. It's writers included Simon Frith, Charlie Gillett, John Peel, Lester Bangs, Michael Gray, Mick Gold, David Downing, Phil Hardy, and Pete Wingfield. The magazine struggled to achieve consistent sales of 20,000 and eventually ceased publication in 1975. Music writers David Hepworth and Barney Hoskyns have called Let it Rock influential, and suggested that it was the precursor of such music publications as Q and Mojo magazine
