If paying by PayPal please check that your payment has cleared. Sometimes payments do not go through for several days which causes confusion & delays. This happens when you pay without having a balance in your Paypal account. It can sometimes take several days for it to be transferred by your bank. Bank Transfers are also accepted.

Ordering & Payment Terms:
We accept payments via PayPal, Clear Accept and Bank Transfer. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Shipping costs are calculated during checkout & before the point of payment.
Beatchapter online store is based in London United Kingdom and all prices are shown in UK sterling. If you live outside the United Kingdom your payment card will be debited in GBP (Great British Pound). Any orders placed outside United Kingdom can sometimes incur a currency conversion/transaction fee. This charge depends on your card issuer/bank and may vary depending on the type of card you use. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any possible international service charges that your payment card issuer may charge. As we have no control over these charges, we are unable to refund them.
Once you have placed an order and your payment has been processed you should receive email confirmation to acknowledge receipt of your order along with an order number. If you do not receive email confirmation soon after placing your order, please check your spam folder or email us. Notification of your order by email does not constitute acceptance of your order, nor does any payment processed prior to the shipping the goods. Acceptance of your order will only take place upon dispatch of your purchase. You will receive a confirmation of dispatch email when your purchase has been dispatched. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
Due to known scam claims of non delivery I will only ship to the delivery address on your PayPal payment regardless of what shipping address you have registered on elsewhere. You can add an alternative delivery address during the PayPal payment process and you inform me by email directly after you have placed your order. This safeguards buyers and sellers and covers both parties with the PayPal protection guarantee. I reserve the right to cancel the transaction if you ignore the above terms.
Orders are normally dispatched from London, United Kingdom within 2-5 business days of us receiving your payment (Monday-Friday excluding weekends/bank holidays). However these times are not guaranteed and in rare instances may take longer.
Orders within United Kingdom are dispatched using either Royal Mail Standard, 1st or 2nd Class Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery or we may use a courier.
Purchases dispatched by Royal Mail should be delivered as per Royal Mail's own service standards which states that 1st Class Recorded delivery generally takes 1-2 working days, standard 2-3 days. Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the day after dispatch. All Royal Mail tracked/signed packages require a signature upon receipt. If you are not able to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery, the postman should leave a card informing you that you need to collect a package from your local sorting office. We will not accept any costs you may incur in collecting such items.
Overseas deliveries may be sent via Royal Mail International Signed (tracked) or a courier may be used (tracked).
Some deliveries will require a signature on delivery. Deliveries to Europe via any service can take 5-20 days and to countries outside Europe 7-25 days. We will not dispatch to any destination without tracking and can not be held responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Note: Royal Mail will only hold U.K. Recorded items for 18 days before returning them to sender. International Tracked items may be held for 7-14 days abroad before being returned to sender. If your package is returned to us due to non-collection on your part, you will be liable for re-delivery charges. If you then wish to cancel your order, we will refund your payment minus the shipping cost.
If any returned items are considered undeliverable due to insufficient/incorrect address, recipient not available or due to a mistake on your part, we will inform you that the item has been returned to us and you will be charged for a second delivery. If you decide you do not want the goods you will receive a refund minus the postage cost. Please be aware that occasionally parcels are delayed by customs.
Cancellation and Returns Policy:
Goods are not supplied "on approval". Please be sure that you want the goods before ordering. If you change your mind or decide that you no longer require the goods you ordered you can cancel your order only before we have dispatched. Contact us immediately (preferably by phone) and ask us if the order has been dispatched.
If you wish to cancel an order after receiving your goods, you must advise us immediately and return the goods within 30 days. It is mutually beneficial to email or phone us before returning a purchase as we may need to send you packaging materials etc. A refund of the cost (minus postage paid) will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Unless we are at fault the return postage cost is your own responsibility. All returns must be adequately packed so if in doubt please inquire as you are responsible to return unwanted items in good order. It is also important that you use a tracked/signed for delivery service.
If you wish to return any goods purchased from us, the cost of doing so is non-refundable unless the item has been damaged in transit or not as described. Deliberately damaging items to avoid return cost will not be tolerated.
If you receive an incorrect order you have the right to return the item to us and receive a full refund plus all related shipping costs. It is important that you please contact us before returning any goods.
We always securely pack every item with great care. Occasionally goods may become damaged during transit. In such cases, a full refund (or replacement, if available) will be issued if the item is returned to us, in its original packaging, as soon any damage is discovered.
