In a letter to FRIENDS, Rawihokwats says: "You might also wish
to add some comment to the effect that, 'Many treaties were
made in the name of the Queen by Great Britain which were
assumed by Canada under the British North America Act. However,
the Canadian Government has not honoured them, and the British
government simply refers inquiries and petitions back to Canada.'
Since the issue will have good British readership, they might
appreciate knowing that the honour of the Empire is not intact,
although I suspect Anarchy people already know that."
