Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that delays with postal or courier services are beyond our control. Royal Mail tracking numbers confirm dispatch and delivery but do not always provide step-by-step updates. Occasionally, we may use a courier instead.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–5 business days via Royal Mail or courier. Estimated delivery times are: UK 2–4 days, Europe 5–9 days, USA/Japan 7–14 days, Australia/New Zealand 8–20 days.

All magazines and collectibles are carefully packed in high-quality rigid cardboard mailers. Postage costs reflect the actual cost, with no hidden charges for packaging.

For overseas buyers, your country may apply taxes or customs charges, which are your responsibility. Failure to pay these charges may result in your parcel being returned. In such cases, we will refund the purchase price once the item returns to us, but we cannot refund postage costs.

We can only investigate lost parcels through Royal Mail or a courier after 21 working days. Refunds for lost parcels will be issued once the carrier declares the item lost.
