Music Maker Magazine (UK)
Music Maker magazine, published in United Kingdom by Longacre Press, ran for 18 monthly issues, beginning with Issue 1 in September 1966 and continuing through to February 1968. Among its writers were Chris Welsh, Chris Hayes, Bob Dawbarn, Barry Fantoni, Mike Hennessy, Leonard Feather, Alan Walsh, George Almond, Derek Taylor, Valerie Wilmer and Ray Coleman. Edited by Jack Hutton, the magazine featured articles, interviews and photographs covering the Rock and Pop scene, while also reporting on the latest Jazz, Blues and Folk artists, as well as various middle-of-the-road singers of the time.
